To whom it may concern at the Glenmorangie Distillery, I preface this letter by saying your spirit has been one of my favourites over the years and I continue to drink it with much pleasure and delight. To your master distiller, I tip my cap, and thank them and their team for treasured memories. I shall also state that the opinions expressed in this letter are not directed at any one individual, nor even your organisation as a whole, but specifically at the visitor centre I visited over the summer and the re-branding of your product.
